August Recap

I know it's only the 12th, but boy has the YAP accomplished a lot this month!  In case you haven't read our two YAP published authors' stories, feel free to do so here:  http://blog.littlepicklepress.com/2012/08/young-writers-of-month-yap.html.  
We've also had our monthly YAP session, held on yesterday, which produced our finished chapter books.  Stay tuned for details on our September genre soon.

***ATTENTION AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAMS AND SUMMER CAMPS***

If you are in need of fun, educational, interactive literacy materials, the YAP is now offering Your Story.  It's a creative writing kit for youth in grades K-12.  Individual worksheets are available for $6.25, or in sets of 4, 8, and 12.  Email us for Your Story creative writing samples and/or a detailed list of measurable outcomes.  With the YAP, reading and writing CAN be fun!
